Who We Are

Maharajah Association of Macabebe, Inc. is a non-profit organization registered in the State of New York and New Jersey. Its members are former townspeople of the town of Macabebe in Pampanga, Philippines, who are now living in the Northeast region of the United States.

The main purposes for which the association was formed are:

To promote fellowship and extend acquaintanceship by means of social gatherings; to improve social interaction among the members by means of dinner-dances, musicals and other entertainment; and to engage generally in any objective which will help promote the cultural and social welfare of its members.

To exercise, promote and protect the privileges and interests of the community; to foster a healthy interest in the civic affairs of the community; and to develop good citizenship.

And finally, to engage in any other act incidental to or connected with the foregoing purposes, or in advancement thereof, but not for the pecuniary benefit of its members, officers and directors.

The main activities of the association currently are the celebration of its Annual Grand Anniversary Ball, The Macabebe Town Fiesta and a host of events and programs gird towards raising funds for its most noble project ever – a Gawad Kalinga Village in Macabebe Pampanga which will house 30 families who come from the poorest of the poor in their former hometown.
